Cancellation Policy
See full contract at booking for all details. • A non-refundable $300 retainer towards session fee is required at booking for standard sessions. • Rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more in advance may transfer the retainer to a new date. • Short-notice cancellations (under 72 hours) may require a new retainer if the slot cannot be rebooked. • For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, a refund will be provided for any amount paid above the retainer. If the Photographer cancels the session without offering a replacement, a full refund including the retainer will be issued. The Photographer also reserves the right to cancel and refund the retainer if she chooses not to move forward with the session for personal or professional reasons. • Studio Events: Payment is due in full at booking and is non-refundable. Payment may be credited toward another event or session at the Photographer’s discretion with the same rescheduling policy listed above. • PBJ Studio Access Days: Session fee or membership cost amount is due in full at booking as a retainer and is non-refundable. It will be used for the session fee or membership cost at the session. Payment may be credited toward another event or session at the Photographer’s discretion with the same rescheduling policy listed above. • Business Sessions: Clients will be invoiced at session time. The invoiced balance must be paid in full before leaving the session.
