Cancellation & Rescheduling

A $150 non-refundable retainer towards session fee is required to reserve your date. Rescheduling requests made 72 hours or more in advance may transfer the retainer to a new date, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the session may require a new retainer if the time cannot be rebooked. Any payments made beyond the retainer will be refunded for cancellations with more than 72 hours’ notice. In the unlikely event the photographer must cancel without offering a replacement date, all payments—including the retainer—will be fully refunded. Studio events and specialty sessions require full payment at booking and are non-refundable. Business sessions are invoiced at the time of the session and must be paid in full before departure.
